Dear Colleagues,

Joanna Kulesza and I are delighted to share the publication of our new
edited volume, Global Governance of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellites-the
culmination of a multi-year research initiative generously supported by the
Internet Society Foundation.

As part of the project's second phase, we co-organised the Trusted Internet
Summer School on Internet Governance and International Law with GigaNet,
bringing together postgraduate students from across the globe to explore the
complex governance challenges posed by LEO satellite constellations. The
quality and depth of the papers presented were so compelling that we curated
a selection of these contributions into the volume, alongside chapters from
distinguished experts with whom we had the privilege of collaborating. We
are grateful to the GigaNet steering committee members who supported this
endeavour, and to Roxana Radu, Dmitry Epstein, and Jamal Shain, who
contributed at various stages.

The book was officially launched in September at the University of Lodz,
Faculty of Law and Administration, during an event graciously hosted by Lodz
Cyber Hub. The volume is an open-access resource.

If interested, please access the book here:

Warm regards,

Berna Akcali Gur and Joanna Kulesza
